Refunds & Returns

*NOTE

We would request you send us parcel opening video proof without any cut and pause clear video details of the product that is short, different, and image of a product that is defective/damaged, while the product is still in its packaging. You can email and Whatsapp to our customer support .

If you are eligible for a replacement, you need to share unboxing video of parcel within 24 hours of delivery after receiving the parcel. If we are not notified within the given time period, i.e., 24 hours, no replacement or refund will be initiated.


RETURNS POLICY

Adikala endeavors to serve its client to offer the best experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund process will be initiated after a check by adikala.in of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy have adhered.

• Refund shall be subjected to the deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.

• Refund will be processed and completed within 7 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.

• In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order, it can be processed through a bank transfer as per bank details provided by the client or can be credited to the customer’s account.

*Please note in case of prepaid orders, if the order being denied by the customer after shipping for any reason, we shall be initiating the refund process to the customer without refunding the delivery charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 7 working days. The company will charge a 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the cardholder.
